Tenerife Film Commission, the filming destination from Tenerife, will attend the first edition of Shooting Locations Marketplace. It will attend the international event in which audiovisual industry companies and scenaries and destinations location managers will meet. The event will take place next October at Feria de Valladolid.
The Tenerife Film Commission is a department of the Tenerife Tourism Corporation, created in 2000 to promote audiovisual productions on the island by producers from Tenerife and abroad. They offer free advice to find locations or getting permissions, among others.
Tenerife has a large and interesting path as filming set. Some examples are ‘Wonder Woman 1984’; ‘Fast & Furious 6’, ‘Jason Borne’, ‘Furia de titanes’, ‘Dr Who’, ‘Sky Rojo’, ‘The One’ and ‘Rambo: The Last Blood’.
Shooting Locations Marketplace, a project developed by Feria de Valladolid endorsed by the Spain Film Commission, has an international scope. Today international and national destinations as Canary Islands, La Rioja, Navarra, Mallorca, United Kingdom, Costa Blanca, Portugal, Castille and León, Valence, Andalucia or Brussels have confirmed their attendance.
