Soria Film Commission is going to participate at the first edition of Shooting Locations Marketplace that will take place next October at Feria de Valladolid. This is the event in which location managers of scenaries and ambientations will meet audiovisual industry companies.
The Soria Film Commission is the platform from de Diputación of Soria, created to enhance shootings at the province through the promotion of landscapes, historical building and in general the environment of Soria. At its different locations, projects as “Dr. Zhivago”, a Pepsi commercial in 2019 or Telecinco serie “El Pueblo”, have been shooted.
Film Commissions are generally nonprofit entities, vinculated to public administrations (city councils, autonomous regions…) which main objective is the recruitment of shootings in their territory. This contributes to the development and strengthening of the audiovisual industry in the environment.
Shooting Locations Marketplace, a project developed by Feria de Valladolid endorsed by the Spain Film Commission, has an international scope. Today international and national destinations as Canary Islands, La Rioja, Navarra, Mallorca, United Kingdom, Costa Blanca and Valence have confirmed their attendance.
