Shooting Locations Marketplace and AFCI, Association of Film Commissioners International, have renewed their collaboration agreement for the next edition of the event for audiovisual industry professionals, location scouts, producers, creatives and shooting destinations to be held in October in Valladolid. Shooting Locations Marketplace is organized by Feria de Valladolid and Spain Film Commission.
The reissue of this agreement strengthens the position of Shooting Locations Marketplace as a key event as a working platform between professionals involved in making decisions about shooting locations and destinations anywhere in the world. AFCI is an organization that represents film commissions and audiovisual companies from six continents.
Founded in 1975, AFCI’s objectives are “advocacy, connectivity and education necessary for film commissions and companies to foster economic development, create a solid infrastructure and provide the essential elements for fair, sustainable and socially diverse professional activity around the world”.
AFCI’s support of Shooting Locations Marketplace is an excellent opportunity for new destinations to join the event, thereby increasing geographic and cultural diversity. Shooting Locations Marketplace will take place on October 15-16, 2024.
