León Film Commission is the film destination from León that has confirmed its attendance at the first edition of Shooting Locations Marketplace. It is an international event in which audiovisual industry companies and scenaries and destinations location managers will meet. The evento will take place next October at Feria de Valladolid.
León Film Commission is the bureau from the city council of León that centralizes every request from producers and agents at the audiovisual industry interested in filming in León and its province. The office is in the process of being set up, but it offers its services of information, advice and management.
León has Roman and Medieval settings, part of Works by Gaudí, walls, landscapes, etc. In sum, it is a destination that offers a spectacular filming set. One of the titles that have already been filmed in León is “Onyx, Kings of the Grail” and they have worked in international projects from Italy, Estonia, Japan or Russia.
Shooting Locations Marketplace, a project developed by Feria de Valladolid endorsed by the Spain Film Commission, has an international scope. Today international and national destinations as Canary Islands, La Rioja, Navarra, Mallorca, United Kingdom, Costa Blanca, Portugal, Castille and León, Valence, Andalucia or Brussels have confirmed their attendance.
