The Alianza de la Industria Audiovisual (ALIA) and Feria de Valladolid will collaborate in the first edition of Shooting Locations Marketplace, the meeting for professionals in the audiovisual industry and shooting destinations to be held in Valladolid on October 21 and 22, 2021 .

ALÍA, which brings together the main technical and service companies of the Spanish audiovisual industry in the country, has the vocation of grouping and giving strength to the companies that are part of all the phases of the audiovisual production process, launching collective actions that benefit the sector as a whole.

Shooting Locations Marketplace is an international boutique event aimed at the audiovisual industry and a platform for commercial contact between shooting destinations and production companies in search of locations. In this process of choosing a filming location, it is essential to take into account the technical and service providers who will be in charge of providing the cameras, lights, sets, technicians and specialists, or will carry out the sound post-production or image of our production.

Shooting Locations Marketplace arises with the aim of offering strategic destinations, producers and suppliers in the sector a commercial and business platform, as well as a space for the exchange of knowledge.

“We are grateful to the Valladolid Fair for this wonderful and necessary initiative of international scope to put in contact, focusing on locations, audiovisual producers with service providers, technicians and services, and we applaud the courage to launch a first edition in a year as complicated as this. From ALÍA, once again, we will support the sector with our presence at the meeting, representing and promoting our partners ”, states Roberto Sacristán, president of ALÍA.

The general director of the Valladolid Fair, Alberto Alonso, has pointed out the importance of the agreement with ALÍA because Shooting Locations Marketplace “aims to bring together all the sectors involved in a shoot and the service companies play a fundamental role and are an essential part of the consolidation and development of the audiovisual fabric of a territory ”.
