The Fundació Foment del Turisme de Menorca (FFTM) is an entity with the clear mission of promoting tourist development in Menorca, both nationally and internationally.

This foundation, created in 2015 by the Insular Council of Menorca, has representation from both public and private sectors, unanimously collaborating in a wide range of promotional activities.

One of its essential strategies is to make a presence in the most outstanding tourist fairs in the sector each year.

Menorca stands out not only for its landscapes but also for its special light, soft yet intense, which is highly valued by professional photographers. Additionally, with more than 300 sunny days a year and an average temperature between 18 and 30 ºC, the island positions itself as a preferred option in Europe for film, television, and advertising productions.

Regarding locations, Menorca offers an impressive range. From its vast wild coast with more than 100 coves and beaches to its 185 km coastal path, the “Camí de Cavalls,” which encircles the island.

Each beach and cove has its essence, from the crystal-clear waters of the south to the unique rocky formations of the north, offering a variety of colors, textures, and environments that enhance its value for any type of shooting.

Productions can benefit from a 30% rebate on the first million euros in local expenses and 25% on expenses over a million euros.
