The world of oil meets wine: this is Santa Vitória

Santa Vitoria

Santa Vitória, located in the heart of Alentejo, Portugal, is a winery and olive oil mill that stands out for producing high-quality wines and olive oils. Belonging to the Vila Galé Group, this company combines tradition and technology to offer products that reflect the essence of the region.

Its participation in FINE 2025 is an excellent opportunity for wine and gastronomy lovers to discover the enological and cultural richness of Alentejo.

Two decades since it all began

The history of Santa Vitória began in 2002, when the Vila Galé Group decided to diversify its activities and invest in wine and olive oil production in Alentejo. The region, known for its agricultural tradition and exceptional terroir, offers ideal conditions for the cultivation of vines and olive trees. The winery spans 327 hectares, of which 127 are dedicated to vineyards and 150 to olive groves.

The winery has managed to preserve traditional practices while adopting advanced technologies to ensure the highest quality at every stage of production. These practices include manual harvesting, grape treading in traditional lagares, and ageing in oak barrels. This balance between tradition and innovation has allowed Santa Vitória to establish itself as a reference in wine and olive oil production in Portugal.
