The Rueda Wine Route joins FINE #Winetourismexpo on March 1 and 2 at Feria de Valladolid.

The route is limited to the Rueda Designation of Origin and extends the length and breadth of the left bank of the Duero River covering the province of Valladolid, Avila and Segovia. It is made up of 18 municipalities that offer a clear sample of the tourist and historical richness of this wine region.

Along the way there are ancient Mudejar, Gothic and Baroque temples, convents and monasteries or castle-fortresses, such as the imposing castle of La Mota in Medina del Campo, which are evidence of the political and economic importance of this region in former times.
