The Catalan Tourism Agency presents its wine tourism offer at FINE #Winetourismexpo on March 1 and 2 at Feria de Valladolid.

Catalonia offers a variety of high quality wines and cavas, several of which have their own designations of origin, including Penedès, Terra Alta, Caralunya, Tarragona, Conca de Barberà, Costers del Segre, Empordà, Montsant, Priorat, Alella and Pla de Bages. These wineries offer their own wine tourism activities, favored by the Mediterranean climate of the area and its many hours of sunshine. Catalonia has many attractions for tourism in the wine-growing areas, such as visits to wineries, walks through vineyards, festivals, wine tastings and wine pairing courses.

The architectural and cultural heritage of Catalonia are other attractions of the area, as well as its discovery through oenology with its wine cathedrals and its more than 300 wineries.
