Since the year 1300 this area was designated as an optimal zone for viticulture. Today it has 12 quality labels, 10 of which are organic.

Il Borro opens the doors of its winery with organized tours with the aim of bringing attendees closer to the wine production and viticulture of the area. In addition to a tour of its vineyards, the landscape and tasting its wines, there are experiences that include outdoor and gastronomic activities.
