· It will be held on 3 and 4 March in the Castilian city
Feria de Valladolid is working on the contents of the seventh edition of FINE, the International Wine Tourism Market, which will take place on 3 and 4 March in the Castilian city. FINE is an international business platform open to the participation of wineries, hotels, wine routes, wine tourism destinations, tour operators and agencies specialising in this segment.
“FINE began its journey in 2020 as a pioneering, original and unique event in Europe, and its track record has positioned it as an essential benchmark on the agenda of wine tourism professionals” stated the CEO of Feria de Valladolid, Alberto Alonso.
FINE’s global vocation has been strengthened, and the most recent edition welcomed participants from 26 countries, with a 22 percent increase in the number of tour operators. As for the offer presented at FINE, destinations from Spain and Portugal play a leading role, joined in previous editions by routes and wineries from Italy, France and Slovenia.
The upcoming March edition will incorporate new content that expands and complements the offer, such as olive oil tourism, a growing product that, like wine tourism, helps position Spain as a destination in international markets.
“Tourism developed around wine, the territory and its history has allies that add great value; gastronomy in general is a good example of this, and olive oil tourism is set to become another benchmark for this type of quality, timeless tourism,” explained Alonso.
In 2025, FINE marked a milestone in the history of Feria de Valladolid with the celebration of the first edition of FINE Italy, the result of collaboration with the Riva del Garda exhibition centre in Trentino—an успешful event that broadens the focus on the development of wine tourism in countries in Central and Northern Europe.
