FINE will take place on 3 and 4 March in Valladolid and will bring together professionals from Europe, Asia and the Americas, featuring a cutting-edge wine tourism offer (wineries, hotels, wine routes and destinations) from Spain, Portugal, Italy and Slovenia. The event will include new destinations and brands and, as a major new feature, olive oil tourism as an emerging complementary product.
On the demand side, the attendance of tour operators and agencies from multiple international markets is already confirmed, and the event is expected to exceed 2,200 business meetings, with overall figures of around 140 exhibitorsand approximately 100 buyers in the official programme.
Olive oil tourism takes centre stage to enrich the FINE experience and create new business opportunities
FINE #WineTourism Marketplace introduces a new feature that broadens its scope within food-and-wine tourism: olive oil tourism. This integration reflects the event’s natural evolution—since its creation, FINE has promoted professionalisation and international connections among wine tourism stakeholders, and now it expands to another strategic product that shares values, audiences and opportunities: olive oil tourism.
Olive oil tourism and wine tourism are complementary expressions of the same philosophy: experiencing a territory through its products, landscapes and culture. Both sectors share distribution channels, visitor models, sensory experiences and loyalty strategies grounded in authenticity and local identity. Bringing olive oil tourism into FINE will create synergies among wineries, olive mills, operators and destinations, expanding business opportunities and diversifying the range of premium experiences linked to the rural world, sustainability and gastronomy.
