ViniPortugal will promote Portuguese wine tourism at FINE #Winetourismexpo on March 1 and 2 at Feria de Valladolid.
ViniPortugal is an interprofessional organization of Portuguese wine, recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture, founded in 1997 as a private non-profit association and brings together associative structures and professional organizations related to trade (ACIBEV and ANCEVE), production (FENAVI and FEVIPOR), cooperatives (FENADEGAS), distillers (AND), farmers (CAP) and appellations of origin (ANDOVI).
Its mission is to promote the image of Portugal as a wine producer par excellence, enhancing the brand, contributing to a sustained growth in the volume and average price of Portuguese wines. In 2010 the Wines of Portugal brand was created with the main values and differentiating characteristics of its wines, being the result of a collective effort, combining a creative attitude and an immense variety of terroirs.
